Surpassed expectations, really suited our needs. Excellent value for money. Positive: Excellent size of rooms, layout, modern facilities, accessibility. Negative: Lack of dishcloths, tea towels, wine glasses.

Great value for a couples city getaway Positive: Plenty of space, self contained living and close to transport. Suited what we needed. Negative: Window closest to the bed was almost impossible to close once opened. One of the fold out lounges was damaged, and the main lounge was not very comfortable at all. A light bulb was missing from the lamp in the bedroom, and a previous visitors clothing was still in the washing machine. There was only one bath towel per person which felt like the bare minimum.

Negative: Apartamento imundo, cabelos no chuveiro, paredes riscadas, carpetes imundas. Os sofás cama eram do pior que já vi, sentiam-se os ferros. Escadas do prédio cheias de lixo... Tive de abandonar o apartamento e reservar um hotel.

Gut für Kurztrips Positive: Ausstattung in ne Größe für London Verhältnisse gut. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Gute Anbindung an Bus und Underground. Negative: Teilweise sehr unsauber, beide Beistellsofa defekt, Küche mit wenig Zubehör. Matratze am Bett durchgelegen und man hat das Gefühl man schläft auf der Straße man hört jedes Auto auf der Straße, Fenster sind nicht schalldicht. Wir haben nur 1 Handtuch zusätzlich erhalten waren mit 3 Personen für 3 Nächte und hatten nur insgesamt 4 Duschtücher.
